1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 288jili platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 288jili Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 288jili or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 288jili Platform or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

288jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 288jili may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

If 288jili determines at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, 288jili reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or settled wagers, and withhold or return any funds in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the 288jili Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 288jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 288jili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter referred for further investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 288jili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You agree to notify 288jili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 288jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory obligations and fraud prevention measures , 288jili is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued gameplay. The KYC process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 288jili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

288jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Prohibited payment methods: 288jili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling-related transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your 288jili account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section;
• 288jili reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

288jili aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider and is outside 288jili's direct control once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

4.4 Currency & Taxes

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Players are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. 288jili does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

288jili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

288jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other conduct that 288jili determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be forfeited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be removed from the player's account without further notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 288jili Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the underlying game software, the outcome determined by the game software shall be final.

288jili uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. 288jili does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the Platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 288jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 288jili shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any game is uncertain. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. 288jili does not guarantee that any player will win or profit from their use of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 288jili staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

288jili employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to the relevant payment provider or remitted to the appropriate authority.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 288jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of 288jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 288jili.

The 288jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 288jili. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of 288jili without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288jili, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 288jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

288jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 288jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 288jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 288jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by 288jili

288jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• 288jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gaming tools;
• 288jili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• 288jili decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Where an account is closed by 288jili due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 288jili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit bonus-derived winnings.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 288jili Platform, you agree to first contact 288jili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 288jili will endeavor to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels available under Philippine law. Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

288jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 288jili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 288jili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1 above.
